TAKE 5 STEPS TO WELLBEING: MINDFUL WOODLAND WALKING ON CAVE HILL
This woodland walk around the lower slopes of Cave Hill through glades of bluebells and wild garlic will provide opportunities for you to pay more attention to the present moment, including your thoughts and feelings, your body and the world around you. Some people call this awareness “mindfulness” which can positively change the way you feel about life and how you approach challenges.
