Turn up and try Yogalates
Fancy trying something different? How about giving Yogalates a go! Yogalates is an exercise technique that combines the benefits of strength training of Pilates and the flexibility of yoga in one session. This ever-increasing popular exercise has positive effects on the body and the mind alike, and what better place to have a go than on the side of a mountain! Our tutor for the night will be fitness expert Cheryl Shaw. No previous experience necessary.
Wear comfortable clothing and bring along an exercise mat or towel to lie/stand on.
Booking is essential as spaces are limited.
