Big Questions at the Big Dig (Divis – 2017)

Back in June 2017 the Belfast Hills Partnership teamed up with Archaeologists from QUB and the National Trust to excavate what was thought to be the site of a Cashel and prehistoric huts on the Black Mountain site. The attached report from ‘Archaeology Ireland’ outlines both some of the questions and answers from this dig.
